Www.vaassen.net is the website of Vaassen Textile Consultancy BV, Jan Tinbergenstraat 280, 7559 ST Hengelo, the Netherlands.
We collect personal data in order to be able to subscribe to our periodic newsletters. After you have indicated on the website that you wish to receive our newsletters, we will only register the name (optional) and e-mail address (mandatory) that you have provided. These details will only be used to send you the newsletter and will not be sold, passed on or made public to third parties. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter.
If you want to use the request form for textile testing, we ask you for the following data: company name, last name, initials, gender, company address, postal code and city and e-mail address.
Not all details are required.
You can view and change these personal details at any time. You can submit this request by email via email@example.com. A request for change takes a maximum of four weeks.
Security of personal data
For the mailing list for the period newsletters, the online data is stored at our hosting partner. In addition, all communication with our website is encrypted via the https protocol.
Personal data that we receive via the request form for textile testing is only stored in our local network. This network is protected against loss, theft and unauthorized use.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary to perform the functionality you request. When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your personal data will be removed from the mailing list immediately and from the historical overview by the end of the following month at the latest.
Personal data that you have submitted via the textile testing request form will not be stored for longer than six months. In case work has been performed by us following the request, the personal data will be kept for at least seven years in connection with the tax retention obligation of the tax authorities.
During the use of our website, we place cookies to determine the origin of the visitor, to examine which pages are visited and which messages are viewed. We use this data for the statistics of our website.
